INVITATION FOR REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE PERIOD 2025/2027

Kaiboi National Polytechnic invites sealed Registration Bids from Competent, Eligible Firms for the supply and delivery of goods, provision of services and works for the FY: 2025/2027

Registration documents may be viewed and downloaded free of charge from this page or  Public Procurement and Information Portal (PPIP) website,  https:tenders.go.ke . Tenderers who download Registration documents MUST forward their particulars (Name of the Firm & Contact, Tender/ Registration Name & reference No.) Immediately to:procurement@kaiboitech.ac.ke.

Registration documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with Registration name and reference number and deposited in the Tender box at the entrance of the Polytechnic Administration Block or addressed to:

The Principal, Kaiboi National Polytechnic,  P.o Box 937-30100, Eldoret

 So as to be received on or before 29th October 2025 at 10:00 am

The tender documents will be publicly opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at Polytechnic ICT Board room.
